Another successful Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation Junior Championship in Austin, Texas

Sergio and Angela Garcia have hosted once again the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) tournament. The 2021 Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation Junior Championship was held at the University of Texas Golf Club in Austin, Texas. The AJGA tournaments deliver the perfect platform for young golfers committed to the sport and wanting to develop their skills on highest level.

J. Holland Humphries has successfully defended the title - he won in the last event in 2019, since last year the tournament was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. In the girl's category the victory went to Yunxuan (Michelle) Zhang. This top-level tournament has been held since 2016 and already brought up prominent winners, such as Chilean Joaquin Niemann in 2017 who today competes against the world’s best on the PGA Tour.

Sergio and Angela got very involved in the tournament at all times, spent time on the course with the players and checked every detail to make sure everything was perfect. Sergio even made an performance with the driver and a soccer ball as a side event - golf, competition and lots of fun.
